We only process personal data that is necessary to provide our services. We only process it if you have provided it to us voluntarily, for example through a contact form, a WhatsApp message or an email.

Growetic uses the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) of Meta Platforms Inc. to communicate with customers and interested parties.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, or if you give explicit consent to be contacted via WhatsApp, we may process your phone number, the content of your messages and related metadata (such as timestamps and message type).

Growetic does not send unsolicited messages or spam via WhatsApp. We use this data for:

• Communication with customers
• Customer service
• Marketing follow-up, only if you have given consent for this

We process personal data on the legal bases below. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

• Your explicit consent
• The performance of a contract
• A legitimate business interest, such as communicating with customers and providing our services

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties, unless this is necessary to provide our services or to comply with a legal obligation.

For communication via WhatsApp, data is processed by Meta Platforms Inc. Meta processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy: www.facebook.com/privacy/policy

For managing Google Ads, Google Analytics and Search Console, data is exchanged with Google LLC through the Google APIs. Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

To manage advertising campaigns and reporting for our clients, Growetic uses its own internal application that connects to Google APIs. A Google account is only connected after the account holder signs in with Google and explicitly grants permission on Google's consent screen.

With that permission, the application can access the following Google user data:

• Google Ads: account details, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, assets, budgets, bids, conversion actions and performance statistics
• Google Analytics (GA4): website and conversion reports
• Google Search Console: search performance data and URL inspection results
• The email address of the Google account used to grant access

We use this data only to provide the services the client has asked us for: analysing and reporting on campaign and website performance, and making changes to Google Ads campaigns (for example budgets, bids, keywords, negative keywords and ads) on the client's behalf, within the accounts we manage for that client.

We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We do not transfer it to third parties, except where this is necessary to provide the service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice. Growetic only reads this data when it is needed to provide the service, for security reasons, or with your consent.

Growetic's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access tokens and the data retrieved are stored securely on our own server and are only accessible to Growetic. We keep them for as long as the cooperation lasts. You can revoke access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions or by emailing [email protected]. After revocation we delete the stored tokens and the Google user data within 30 days, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

We do not keep personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

We keep WhatsApp conversations for as long as necessary for communication and follow-up.

Growetic takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure.
